Admin B from A-C here - I have posted my opinion concerning your submission too and I must say I am surprised that a lot of HS fans reacted this way - I was fairly certain that they are open to negativity towards their fandom so this was kind of weird seeing as I of all the confessions we get that yours had real criticism - dismissing it as not a real ARTist confession was really baffling to me as well
I appreciate that you took the time to make so many posts on it! I’m very, very happy to already know so many friendly homestuck fans before I got into this mess. I’m also happy to say I managed to stop reading all the reblogs to save my sanity.
Honestly looking back on my post it’s a bit strongly worded, but it’s been so long since I wrote it (Months! Almost half a year, I was still in school), I don’t even know if I was in a bad mood anymore. Of course I’ve already made a ton of posts explaining my reasoning and opinions on homestuck so I won’t bother again.
I wish people wouldn’t try to attack the crit for not being in the right place, since writing is art. Oh well! Last post on the matter. Thanks for writing to me. c:
