Ponies and filters!
I thought I was past using lined paper, but group meetings say otherwise.
I found a Mulder I never posted. I always seem to draw him looking up like that. Maybe he’s just constantly rolling his eyes because we don’t believe that aliens r ttly real OMG.
Alex pony still doesn’t have a name.
He needs one. Though once I joked his name could be Cutty McDepressed Hooves, but that’s mean.
Well, it’s true.
Hey guess what I’ve been watching.

I drew a Kirk, but Spock is being difficult.
If I had to give Twilight a title, it would be more like the Most
Awesome Keeper of all Things Knowledge and Magic. But I guess “Princess Twilight” is good enough. I mean. It’s for kids, they get the idea.
Pony commission for GravitationalTimothy! I actually finished this a few days ago, but finally went out to take a picture of it in natural light. It’s too big for my scanner.
I’m actually really excited for this one because I’ve never done such an elaborate traditional pony piece, and it’s a present for his friend. I helped make someone I don’t know their present and that is a happy thing.
I’m not aware of these pony’s names, but I had a lot of fun painting them. The horned pony sort of ended up blending in more than I intended, but I had set out to make her look more part of the forest than the unicorn.
You can watch me paint the whole thing/listen to my sweet jams here or here:
(But you may want to skip through it, it’s well over an hour long and I can’t speed it up)
Twilight Velvet is Twilight’s mom. In the MLP app it states that she loves to write, so I decided to draw her. I mean that’s pretty cool.
Can we talk about the fact that ponies never seem to graze on whatever’s around because they ‘re so classy? I’m not even that restrained as a human being.
Kinda wonky but fun Eleven. I want to paint something of him, but I’m not sure I want to go with another forward facing shot. Maybe something simpler, too.
30 second Scully.
Pogo the Punk Unicorno. I’m glad to own his figurine, he’s sort of reminds me of Alex.
I’ve always thought that there is a calm place for the Doctor in the TARDIS. He probably couldn’t find it if he tried, but whenever he’s aimlessly wandering the halls fatigued and melancholy, he tends to stumble into it. It is her way of helping, in between companions.
The room appears to be a garden with a personal universe. The planets hang in the air, and if you watch closely, you can see them orbiting. It’s quiet, and lit only by the local sun and the glow of some of the flora.
Though he tried to hide away after the loss of the Ponds, he always seemed to find himself in this room again. It’s never quite the same, but he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Peperino is one of my favorite Unicornos I own.
