Can we just take a moment to admire Loki’s masterful use of duckface at a young age.
This makes me laugh so hard you have no idea. Like, look at him. It’s his first time riding a car on Midgard. Look at how awkward he’s sitting. It’s like he’s trying to brace himself to whatever may happen. Possibly hitting a few bumps on his way to hiding and he’s like, “OUF THIS METALLIC CREATURE IS GETTING VERY ANNOYING TO RIDE ON.” ”Stop this creature, I am getting sick of this!” The memories of his first time riding a car I imagine to be quite hilarious and now I can’t see this scene the same way again.
I love how he just hops in the back like “Yes, this is where you sit, correct?”
This scene is where I was worried for the movie. It felt like Thor all over again. I’m serious, as soon as Loki got in the back of a pick up truck with the scepter I was, Ohgodno, I wanted this movie to be good, look how stupid this is noooo.
Luckily it ended up being an amazing movie, but every time I see this opening I cringe. It doesn’t feel quite the same as the rest of the movie..and perhaps it is how degraded Loki is in this scene. He feels more like a redneck with a sawed off shot gun than a god with a mighty scepter of death and..heart controlly..things. Which is why I appreciate this post taking humor in it.
TL;DR: My strong opinion I just remembered now and have burdened all of you with for no reason.

Man, guess I better get on that whole rewatching Thor thing. Worst is I just tried to rewatch Thor!
“Tried” because we ended up drinking and getting totally distracted. I’m serious, I remember nothing about the movie short of us giggling uncontrollably at the “Ice Cube” because we couldn’t remember what to call the Casket.
Still, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t curious what’s up in this movie.

Have you seen Loki recently? He has an ugly personality. And his face is sort of weird. 
Loki from my Livestream tonight! Loki was a joy to watch in the Avengers, so of course I had to try my hand at him. I was trying to make him as distinctly..odd to look at but full of character as in the movie. I’m pleased with the outcome for now.

It’s great, go see it. It handles the huge amount of characters beautifully, down to developing a handful of interesting relationships.
I have to say that Loki was great, and I was honestly underwhelmed and annoyed with him in Thor.
It also has a sense of humor, which is very important when dealing with things as stupid as the Hulk and Gods. I was really on the fence with how I expected this to turn out, and I have to say it’s really enjoyable, and I am really impressed.
